an organized checking system designed to save you time and storage
space.
How is Check Imaging Done?
Check Imaging consists of photographing incoming cancelled checks
in a digital format and storing them on a CD ROM. When it comes
time to send the statement, the data is retrieved from the CD ROM,
matched to the information posted to the account and converted to
an image of the item for laser printing. The fronts of ten reduced
laser printed check images will appear on both sides of an 8-1/2” x
11” 3-hole punched sheet of paper.
